DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

HOLIDAY & SCHOOL BREAK boardings will require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the nights retained. 

JUNE & JULY boardings 4 nights+ will require a non-refundable 50% deposit. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If CANCELED or REDUCED PRIOR TO 21 days of arrival date, the deposit will be APPLIED AS A CREDIT 
towards future services.

If CANCELED or REDUCED* WITHIN 21 days of arrival date, the deposit WILL BE FORFEITED. 

JUNE & JULY boardings under deposit – Only require a 48-hour notice for cancellation or reductions,
or deposit will be forfeited.

*Early departures are considered a reduction.

For bookings that do not require a deposit, as a courtesy, we ask for 48-hour notice for cancellations or reductions.
